PAUL Partnership is an organisation made up of communities, state
agencies, social partners, voluntary groups and elected
representatives. It works with communities that have benefited least
from economic and social development and aims to promote social
inclusion and improve the quality of life of people living in
communities in Limerick City.
ROLE PURPOSE:
This is a new senior role within PAUL Partnership. Over the last
* years the company has grown significantly,
and we directly employ over * people across a
range of programmes and manage significant funding contracts in
Limerick City and in the wider region.
PAUL Partnership now requires in-house Human Resources (HR) expertise
to provide advice, support and guidance to the CEO, Management Team,
and Board to effectively manage the HR function for the benefit of all
PAUL Partnership employees.

REPORTING TO: Chief Executive Officer
PART TIME: 3 Days/ * Hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should hold a degree from a recognised third-level
institution in a relevant discipline such as Human Resource
Management. A related post-graduate degree or evidence of relevant
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) would be advantageous.
SALARY: Point 1 to € *,**Apply on the

website** pro rata - _Salary commensurate with experience._ Contract
Type Fixed Term Contract subject to the completion of a successful
probationary period of 6 months.
